Mao
I used to be a traveler, then I used to be a teacher, now I am a mom and a teacher who daydreams to travel again soon. So I guess this is a mommy blog, but perhaps with a twist. It is nearly impossible for me to stick to a single subject for place of mine here on the internets, so I don’t bother trying.
I have a child born end of September and another born in Spring ‘05 and while all my education and traveling experience grows cobwebs, I enjoy learning of a different sort.
I write about how much I love photography, samba and bossa nova, my daughters, teaching, living in Portland Oregon, riding my bike and cooking.
I am snarky, compassionate, soft-hearted but (occasionally and regrettably) sharp-tongued and find irony, beauty and humor most everywhere. Oh, and watch out! I believe Jesus was the son of God and I might actually talk about that, too!
